Back to beta

The new version of Tipue (aka Tipue 2) will be going back to beta.

Tipue 2 is based around what is now Tipue Robot. Currently, Tipue Robot is in beta in all but name - the latest release is 0.7.5 - so the beta nom de plume makes sense.
